The strongest branch of government is the Executive branch because it holds the most influential power of the Three (being the Executive, the Legislative, and the judicial branch) as closely as many other informal powers. Though the strengths of each branch of government were meant to maintain equality in the government, due to informal powers, the administrator branch can override a veto from either branch. In addition, the president, who is a part of the executive branch, is more or less the face of the country, wherefore the president is able gain popularity among the citizens of the United States as well as major businesses, who have the power to vote and sponsor their appointed leader ( i.e. the president). from each one branch of government has a specific role the Legislative branch is in charge of creating laws, the Executive branch has the power to enforce these laws as well as promote and develop policy, and the judicial branch is responsible for interpreting these laws. Though in some cases Congress can override a presidential veto through a two-thirds vote between both houses of legislation in uniting with approving appointed judges. The judicial branch also holds a balance between the other branches with the power to bind congress and the president with judicial review. An instance of judicial review would be the case of Brown v. Board of Education. During this case the separate but equal doctrine was repealed because it was considered a violation of the fourteenth amendment and thus, unconstitutional (... ...one else.
